After years of working independently, we met in 2021 and clicked immediately when we realized our similar work ethic, growth and development goals, and approach to putting clients first. Our partnership deepened when we realized that we would better serve our buyers and sellers with joint representation. We feel our personalities and strengths complement each other, and we are always so excited to share our clients’ successes.
We love to focus on our business in the One Hill neighborhoods, where we have always enjoyed a sense of community and great relationships with the clients we have served in this special part of Henderson.
Erika & Erin
Erika has called Henderson home for nearly three decades, relocating when her husband Rodger joined the Henderson Fire Department. Having raised both of her sons in the community, she has experienced firsthand the city’s remarkable growth and transformation.
Erin has been a Henderson/One Hill resident since 2013. She and her husband Dustin moved to the area just prior to their daughters starting elementary school, and now they are students at Foothill H.S. From their days volunteering at Smalley, to cheering their daughters in sports and band, 89002 has truly become HOME.

Erin launched her Las Vegas real estate career in the late ‘90s, managing land and development investments for private investors. Since earning her real estate license in 2010, she combines her experience and MBA in Finance to deliver expert analysis, strategy, and personalized service. Outside of work, she enjoys time with family playing sports, cheering on the Vegas Golden Knights, and doting on their Goldendoodles. Through National Charity League, she and her daughters serve charities throughout the valley.
